Messan Arnaud GOMEZ
Mr. Arnaud Gomez Messan is a financial markets professional with nearly 20 years of experience. He was a senior manager at the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) until 2012 before joining AFRICA CAPITAL Investment Bank from 2013 to 2017.
He holds a degree in Financial Engineering and Accounting from Sup'Elite in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and a degree in General Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
In October 2018, Mr. Arnaud Gomez Messan was approved by the Regional Council for Savings and the Financial Market (CREPMF) as a Business Provider under number AA/2018-03.
During his professional career, he has led several debt restructuring operations and managed the capital increase of companies in the reinsurance sector for a total amount of 10 billion FCFA. He participated in several bond issues on the financial market with a cumulative invested amount of more than 150 billion FCFA.

Stéphanie COFFI NGOSSO
Ms. Stéphanie Coffi Ngosso, with over 16 years of experience in the financial sector, possesses extensive expertise in capital markets and risk management.
She began her career in October 2008 at the investment bank Credit Suisse in Zurich as a credit risk controller, a position she held for five years. In 2014, she joined BOA Capital Securities in Abidjan, where she worked in the Front Office and successively held the positions of Relationship Manager, Head of Capital Markets, and then Deputy Managing Director.
Since January 2024, she has been Deputy Managing Director of GEK Capital, with responsibility for capital markets. Her career has allowed her to lead several major transactions in the regional financial market and oversee various fundraising operations for WAEMU countries as well as private companies.
Holder of a Master 2 in Finance, specializing in Risk Management, obtained from the Rennes Management Institute (IGR-IAE), Ms. Stéphanie COFFI NGOSSO puts her expertise to the service of development and financial innovation within GEK CAPITAL.

Mr. Sidney SAOURE has 13 years of experience in the finance sector, primarily in fundraising, M&A, corporate restructuring, strategic consulting, and equity research (covering the finance, agro, telecom, and industrial sectors of the BRVM).
He has held key positions within leading institutions: Manager at the investment bank KEMOL CAPITAL, Head of Research & Analysis at BOA Capital Securities, and Corporate Financial Analyst at Bici Bourse. His time at the Financial Markets Department of the Public Treasury of Côte d'Ivoire as a Financial Analyst allowed him to develop in-depth knowledge of the WAEMU money and bond markets and to contribute to the first Eurobond of the Government of Côte d'Ivoire, as a member of the Technical Secretariat.
Furthermore, he has proven experience in real estate, having gained experience at ICADE Asset Management in Paris as a Corporate Financial Analyst.
AMF certified, he holds a Specialized Master's degree in International Financial Analysis (Neoma Business School, France) and a Master's degree in Finance (PIGIER Côte d'Ivoire, Abidjan).

As an AMF certified professional, he also holds a Specialized Master's degree in International Financial Analysis from Neoma Business School in Reims, France, and a Master's degree in Finance from PIGIER Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan.

His background is distinguished by his in-depth mastery of strategic management and operational process optimization. Currently Head of Operations at GEK Capital, he oversees financial and operational activities while ensuring compliance with AMF-UMOA regulatory requirements.

Myriam has over nine years of experience in the financial sector, with solid expertise in customer relationship management and business development.
She began her career in October 2016 at BRIDGE BANK GROUP CI. Her service-oriented and interpersonal skills quickly earned her a position at BRIDGE SECURITIES, the asset management and brokerage company of TEYLIOM GROUP CI, first as a sales assistant and later as a sales representative.
Between January 2017 and August 2024, she played a strategic role in defining and implementing sales initiatives, while ensuring the rigorous monitoring and growth of the client portfolio.
Since mid-August 2024, Myriam has joined the GEK CAPITAL SA team as a relationship manager. There, she leverages her front office expertise and her ability to understand client expectations to provide personalized, responsive, and effective support.
She holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control obtained from the PIGIER CI Group.
